Litigation Support & Expert Testimony

 

I provide expert consultation, case reviews, expert reports, and testimony regarding pharmacy and pharmacist standards of practice, drug and controlled substance law, pharmacy and higher education employment, and state and federal laws and regulations relating to prescribing by health professionals and patient privacy. Litigation support includes early review of cases for certificates of merit, “empty chair defense” evaluations, and referrals to other experts as appropriate. Over 130 cases since 1990 are summarized below (as of June 2014). More than one case may be represented by each map location.
